Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

a) Service Cancellation by Client

  • Clients can request cancellation of services by sending a written request via email to our support team.

  • If cancellation is requested before project initiation, a full or partial refund may be issued (subject to deduction of administrative charges).

  • If the project is in progress, the refund will be subject to the work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once the project is completed and delivered.

b) Cancellation by WeCodeFuture Pvt. Ltd.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances, violation of terms, or non-compliance with agreed terms.

  • If we cancel the project due to our own reasons, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the work completed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be considered only under valid circumstances where services were not provided as per the agreed scope.

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed and delivered.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we offer revisions and modifications within reasonable limits before considering a refund.

a) Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain name registration, hosting services, and third-party software purchases are non-refundable.

  • Customized services or services with client-specific requirements are non-refundable once work has begun.

b) Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client.

3. Dispute Resolution

  • If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact our support team to discuss possible resolutions.

  • Disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be handled through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal proceedings may be initiated as per the governing laws.
